Job Summary:
As a Deal Set Up and Funding Analyst in Wholesale Lending Services you will support the facilitation of syndicated loans through the deal closing process ensuring clients achieve their financial goals. You will collaborate with various teams to deliver a first-class client experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Initiate collaboration across teams to interpret loan documentation for new deals.
- Coordinate principal and fee-related closing payments.
- Gather required documentation prior to deal closing with Transaction Coordinators.
- Manage and prioritize a pipeline of assigned transactions.
- Reconcile exception reports related to closed transactions.
- Analyze amendments to agreements and communicate changes to account managers.
- Provide accurate data while maintaining a low error rate.
Required Qualifications Capabilities and Skills:
- General understanding of Finance and Loan products.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office.
- Self-motivated with a team-oriented mindset.
- Strong organizational skills with effective prioritization.
- Ability to foster and maintain professional relationships.
- Exceptional communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications Capabilities and Skills:
- Commercial Banking experience.
- Syndicated Loan experience.
- LOAN IQ experience.
