What you will do:
- Support daily accounting operations including processing transactions preparing journal entries and reconciling accounts.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing including preparation of financial reports balance sheet schedules and supporting documentation.
- Verify invoices and payment requests to ensure compliance with company policies and tax requirements and support accurate and timely payment processing.
- Participate in revenue-related accounting tasks such as reconciliation settlement invoicing and payment tracking.
- Prepare and review account reconciliations aging reports and variance analysis to ensure accuracy of financial data.
- Assist in audit preparation and liaise with external auditors or tax agents.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives system testing and financial data analysis to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned.
What you will need:
- Bachelors degree (or currently pursuing) in Accounting Finance Economics or related fields.
- Graduating between September 2025 August 2026.
- Good knowledge of Excel and interest in learning accounting systems.
- Strong analytical skills attention to detail and logical thinking.
- Effective communication skills both oral and written.
- Eager to learn adaptable and proactive in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a positive and collaborative attitude.
