Our Consumer Energy Executive Director Unit is seeking to recruit an Executive Coordinator to provide high-level coordination and drafting of correspondence and other Ministerial and Departmental collateral. You will liaise between the Consumer Energy Division and Ministerial Services Branch and contribute to policy implementation and other activities across the Division.
About the Role
The Executive Coordinator manages communication and workflows between the Consumer Energy Division and Ministerial Services Branch overseeing Ministerial correspondence parliamentary requests and divisional responses to ensure accuracy and timeliness. The role maintains and improves information management systems supports staff capability in tools such as SharePoint and CM10 and contributes to evidence-based policy by coordinating input research and analysis.
In addition the position provides project and stakeholder support to the Office of the Executive Director and across the Division preparing high-quality briefs reports and documentation to inform decision-making and track progress.
About You
You are an organised and adaptable professional with strong critical analysis and problem-solving skills able to navigate complex and sensitive issues in a high-volume environment.
With experience in project coordination you bring sound judgement and a collaborative approach to managing competing priorities. Your ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders including senior government representatives and stakeholders ensures that you can deliver accurate timely and high-quality advice.
