The role
In this pivotal role youll build and nurture meaningful relationships with our mid-value donors and Gifts in Wills supporters. Youll play a key part in deepening engagement inspiring generosity and ensuring every supporter feels valued and connected to the difference they are making.
This role focuses on building meaningful long-term relationships to increase supporter loyalty lifetime value and confirmed bequests ensuring these donors are deeply connected to the impact of their giving. The role contributes directly to income generation pipeline development and supporter engagement across the Foundations individual giving program.
This is a permanent full-time role based at our corporate offices in South Brisbane.

- Experience in fundraising philanthropy sales or relationship management
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Passionate about making a difference in childrens health and wellbeing
- Driven to achieve targets while delivering an exceptional supporter experience
- A warm welcoming and genuine person who is passionate about making a difference.
Key criteria
To be successful in this role you will possess the following:
- Tertiary qualifications in marketing and/or communications or equivalent level of experience
- Minimum 4 years experience in related role.
- Demonstrated experience in fundraising donor relations or relationship managementpreferably within bequests mid-value or individual giving.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to sensitively and authentically engage supporters.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a donor pipeline and deliver against revenue and relationship KPIs.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in CRM/database systems (e.g. Salesforce) and Microsoft Office suite.
- A commitment to donor-centred fundraising and the mission of the Childrens Hospital Foundation.
