Whats the role
Were looking for an Operations Manager Customer Due Diligence to lead a team responsible for day-to-day financial crime prevention activities including Enhanced Customer Due Diligence (ECDD). Youll manage and optimise operational processes to ensure compliance with regulatory obligations and internal policies while driving efficiency and delivering exceptional customer outcomes.
This role combines leadership operational excellence and strategic oversightworking closely with stakeholders across the bank to strengthen risk management and ensure robust controls against money laundering terrorist financing and other financial crimes.
This is a permanent full-time role based in Paramatta (NSW) or Adelaide
