Title: - Stipend - Administrative Support Advisor (COA) (SY25-26)
LOCATION: Chelsea Opportunity Academy
REPORTS TO: Ron Schmidt COA Interim Principal
GENERAL DUTIES: The Administrative Support role will work alongside the principal before and after school hours on a daily basis 10 to 12 per week supporting the planning and execution of all administrative tasks. The Administrative Support Advisor will:
- Participate in daily administrative preparation and debrief meetings before and after school
- Develop the professional development aspect of monthly staff meetings
- Support the principals plan for MCAS and Access testing
- Supervise student lunches
- Manage the school calendar
- Participate in SEL planning meetings
- Participate in Early College meetings
- Provide support and feedback for all school operations
QUALIFICATIONS:
Capable of developing and delivering all staff professional development
Knowledge of COA school operations from a daily weekly monthly and annual perspective
Available to work an additional 10 to 12 hours per week
COMPENSATION: Based on the CTU contract for hourly stipends
