We are looking for a Senior Manager Communications Specialist to join our Global Domain Experience team who will support the mission of the organization by collaborating with the Global Technology Experience team and domains to help to unify programs and experiences across Enterprise Technology to align on and scale best practices ensure consistent and integrated messaging and champion initiatives across domains.
In collaboration with the Global Domain Experience Directors you will determine the most effective channels for communicating and marketing domain experiences that amplify new products capabilities learning opportunities culture and community while ensuring alignment to the broader Fidelity Technology brand. A successful candidate will be comfortable working as part of an experience team within an agile environment and excel at collaborating with multiple domains and teams in numerous locations and across the globe.

The Global Experience Team (within Technology Strategy and Planning at Fidelity) accelerates enterprise priorities improves the global technologist experience fosters a cohesive global culture and community and continues to establish Fidelity as a leader in technology across the financial services industry. Our goal is to enable technologists to connect to enterprise priorities key initiatives across Enterprise Technology Fidelity Technology and most importantly each other. The team is a newly formed team within the Enterprise Technology Strategy and Planning organization and offers a unique opportunity to work in an environment of building new experiences from the ground up and to shape the future of the technology associate experience. Fidelitys hybrid working model blends the best of both onsite and offsite work experiences. Working onsite is important for our business strategy and our culture. We also value the benefits that working offsite offers associates. Most hybrid roles require associates to work onsite every other week (all business days M-F) in a Fidelity office.
