Principal duties and responsibilities:
Manages and coordinates the supervisory personnel in order to facilitate departmental operations.
Orients trains and evaluates the performance of assigned supervisory personnel.
Investigates employee related problems and performs personnel actions such as selection merit increases promotions transfers disciplinary actions and terminations.
Manages all activities regarding man-hour utilization of assigned personnel to include work schedules man-hours and payroll.
Assists in conducting regular equipment inventory and maintenance
Controls monitors and evaluates operational efficiency of services and recommends subsequent adjustments.
Facilitates departmental Quality Improvement activities and prepares related reports.
Ensures adherence to departmental standards and procedures to include safety quality control and work rules.
Completes statistical reports for management review and works independently on projects as directed.
Education and experience requirements:
- Bachelors Degree
- Two (2) years of progressive leadership experience in Patient Escort Management preferred.
