This opportunity can you be located in either Chaska MN or Billerica MA and will work a hybrid schedule.

Are you passionate about CRM digital marketing and driving sales enablement Were looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and help us elevate our marketing technology stack and enhance our CRM processes.

What Youll Do:

• Support and optimize CRM operations (HubSpot preferred) in collaboration with our HubSpot Admin and Digital Marketing Team

• Support lead management: review research and update contact records

• Build segmented lists for targeted email campaigns

• Maintain design and implement marketing automation workflows

• Collaborate on digital campaigns landing pages and forms

• Ensure compliance with global data protection and communication regulations

• Analyze behavioral and website data to improve engagement

• Contribute to innovation initiatives like VOC and Sales Enablement

What Youll Bring:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing is strongly preferred

• 3 or more years of CRM experience (HubSpot preferred SalesForce a plus)required

• Experience with Marketing automation and MarTech

• Pride in execution and an obsession with quality

• Strong B2B digital marketing and sales enablement background

• Proficiency in spreadsheets and data analysis

• Excellent English writing editing and verbal communication skills

• Detail-oriented accurate and organized

• Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects

• Critical thinker and problem solver

• Compensation: $71000.00-$88000.00 year range with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role
