What Youll Do
- Act as Jetfuels in-house headhunter: identify engage and convert top marketing talent across paid media creative strategy analytics and operations.
- Partner directly with department leads and leadership to define role profiles and success criteria.
- Develop and manage proactive sourcing pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter referrals agency networks and competitor mapping.
- Create and optimize job postings that attract qualified candidates and reflect our culture.
- Conduct initial screens and coordinate structured interview loops ensuring consistency and candidate experience.
- Provide data-driven updates to leadership: pipeline velocity offer acceptance and quality of hire metrics.
- Maintain and continuously improve our candidate database (SmartRecruiters) tagging for future hiring cycles.
- Craft and deliver compelling outreach messages that sell the Jetfuel story.
- Support onboarding and hiring process refinement to ensure seamless transitions.
Qualifications :
SKILLS
- 35 years of experience recruiting in marketing advertising or startup environments.
- Skilled in proactive sourcing and poaching not just inbound applications.
- Experience conducting research to build technical assessments
- Organized fast-moving and comfortable managing multiple open roles.
- A self starter who can build and troubleshoot systems
- Can work on PST (timezone) with at least 4 hours overlap between
- Exceptional communicator who can represent Jetfuels brand with charisma and precision.
- Deep understanding of marketing roles (media buyers strategists designers analysts).
- Analytical mindset: you track metrics improve processes and iterate fast.
