We have a great opportunity for an experienced for Landscape Architecture Documentation Technician to join our DW PH Buildings Architecture Group. This role focuses on supporting the wider team offering innovative solutions and delivering high quality projects for our internal existing and new clients.
Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Perform different phases of the design process including Concept Schematic and Detailed Design Documentation assists in writing specification and report 3D modelling hardscape and plant material selection.
- Delivers technical landscape packages independently with review from senior team lead.
- Organization of project materials & information according to Design Process.
- Coordinate with all disciplines and sub-consultants.
- Communicate with highly effective questions and problem-solving skills.
- Assist in the production of landscape design and documentation with minimal supervision.
- Assists in the preparation of project design reports and detailing.
- Assists in providing landscape design solutions from Concept to DD.
- Must have worked / completed Landscape projects using AutoCAD and Revit.
- Work across Australian Landscape Architecture teams as required.
What you will bring to the team
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Landscape Architecture or relevant discipline.
- Proficiency in the following programs non-negotiable: Revit and AutoCAD.
- Experience working in multi-disciplinary teams and ability to co-ordinate with other team members and modellers on projects.
- Ability to be organized proactive and prioritize multiple tasks both independently and with the team.
- Skills in freehand sketch and colour rendering.
- Skills in the following programs: Adobe Suite Sketch-up/Rhino Excel and other MS Office programs.
- Understanding of the applicable Australian authorities requirements and coordinates with various disciplines technical inputs into a project.
- Australian experience and working knowledge of design and construction practices specific to this region.
This job offer can be based either in Makati Quezon City or Cebu depending on your home base/location.
Candidates must be a Filipino citizen or have the right to work in the Philippines.
