The Opportunity
Are you ready to take on a dynamic role where you can lead and innovate in the logistics field Hitachi Energy is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for our Reynosa Mexico location. This position is pivotal in managing the Factory Receiving Department line-side material delivery and factory inventory. Youll be at the forefront of ensuring the smooth flow of information and products achieving targets for customer service operational costs and inventory levels. How Youll Make an Impact
Ensure compliance with all external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines.
Identify and lead logistics improvement projects to streamline the supply chain.
Optimize material receiving warehousing line-side delivery and factory inventory operations.
Select and manage local logistics service providers to maximize efficiency.
Monitor report and optimize total logistics costs within your area of responsibility.
Represent logistics in key business decisions ensuring requirements are considered in product development.
Deliver on budget and performance targets within the framework.
Guide motivate and develop your team with the support of HR.
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines.
Your Background
Bachelors degree in a related field and 5 years of experience.
Experience in shipping and receiving.
Familiarity with supply chain and inventory management systems.
Working knowledge of SAP MM.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Problem-solving abilities.
Preferred: BS/BA in logistics or relevant field Six Sigma Certifications.
