Spartanburg Methodist College invites applications for Part-Time Adjunct Faculty positions in Chemistry. The successful candidate will teach one to three three-hour labsheld in-person. The start date for Spring 2026 isJanuary 13th but the Department seeks candidates for future semesters as well. Contracts may be renewed on a semester-by-semester basis pending enrollment instructor availability and student successful candidate will hold an MS or Ph.D. in chemistry or a masters degree in a related field plus 18 graduate hours in a physical science. The successful candidate will possess strong communication skills; be familiar with laboratory instruction; and have experience as a teacher at the college level (or demonstrable promise thereof).
