This role on the Engineering team will require a technical knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Management Intune Apple Business Manager as well as Samsung Knox.
You must be an SCCM/MECM/Intune SME with mobile device management experience and preferably with a scripting and reporting background. SCCM MECM Intune and M365 certifications would be advantageous. Supporting a diverse end user population across 50 countries covering office locations manufacturing sites and remote users.
Key responsibilities and authority
Core duties tasks and responsibilities expected in the role. This includes the breadth and depth of the responsibilities to assess the level of complexity and impact. What decisions may the job holder make without first seeking approval from higher manager/supervisor Does the role have signatory rights
- Create application packages configuring test and troubleshooting software deployments.
- Setup Collections and collection membership.
- Use query base collections and AD groups for deployments.
- Routine application lifecycle and update.
- Perform software test application rollouts and deployment reporting.
- Development of PowerShell scripts for the purpose of automating software deployments via SCCM
Key requirements
Outline the essential competencies and characteristics that candidates must demonstrate to contribute to our diverse inclusive culture and succeed in the role. These may include:
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) current branch
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Intune
- Good scripting skills.
- Knowledge about Bitlocker configuration.
- Strong problem-solving and endpoint troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of MDM especificlay Apple Business Manager and Intune
Education/ Qualifications
Identify the essential qualifications education and certifications necessary for success in the role.
- Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position in a large and multi-national enterprise environment.
- Microsoft Certifications are a plus
