Toyota Service Porter
As a Service Porter at Headquarter Toyota in Hialeah FL you will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the service department. Your dedication to supporting Advisors and preparing vehicles for delivery is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of the department.

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
- Welcome customers arriving in the Service Department with a positive attitude
- Manage vehicle flow in the service drive
- Maintain the standard and quality of service of the organization
- Collaborate with service advisors to complete tasks such as taking photos of vehicles cleaning cars driving vehicles from service stalls and other assigned duties
- Ensure customer vehicles are ready for return after service department repairs
- Complete other tasks as assigned
Responsibilities:
- Adhere to companys dress code policy
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service and communication abilities
- Showcase strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
- Possess basic computer proficiency and phone skills
- Collaborate effectively with peers
- Be willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
