Drive our mission forward by finding top talent as a Recruitment Coordinator at Devereux!
As the Recruitment Coordinator you will:
- Create and manage requisitions and applicants through our applicant tracking system (iCIMS)
- Screen all applications/resumes and forward to hiring managers for review
- Conduct comprehensive phone-screens
- Schedule interviews with program management
- Attend job fairs and other recruiting opportunities
*This is an entry-level recruitment position.
Salary Range: $20.25 / hr - $23.63 / hr
Working Hours: 8:30am 4:30pm
Work Location: This position is hybrid and will split time at home/office/programs/events. Must be located within the Central Florida area due to Devereux program locations.

Qualifications
Education and Experience:
- Minimum one (1) year high-volume recruitment experience preferably in healthcare human services and/or non-profit setting strongly preferred.
- Proficiency using multiple techniques for candidate identification including but not limited to: referrals internal databases internet sourcing social recruiting cold calling and direct recruiting to obtain qualified candidates preferred.
Other Requirements:
- Valid Drivers License
