About the Role

POLYWOOD is looking for a hands-on HR Generalist with a strong focus on Safety to champion workplace safety and people operations at our Roxboro NC facility. This role is designed for someone with manufacturing experience familiar with machine safety robotics or automated operations who understands the realities of working in an environment where safety is critical.


Youll be responsible for incident management OSHA compliance and the development of proactive safety programs that keep our teams protected and engaged. At the same time youll provide HR support including leave administration workers compensation and HRIS data management.
