C&W Services a leading provider of integrated facility solutions is looking for a Technician to complete assigned preventive maintenance and reactive maintenance repairs.
Responsibilities
- Completes assigned preventive maintenance and reactive maintenance repairs requiring conveyor mechanical plumbing electrical instrumentation HVAC and other equipment systems or structures
- Ensures repairs and maintenance to all equipment and facilities
- Responds to spills and other emergency situations performing tasks necessary
- Have a working knowledge of drive shafts bearings gearing and mechanical belts
- Perform routine maintenance such as inspecting drives motors or belts checking fluid levels replacing filters or doing other preventive maintenance actions
- Clean or lubricate shafts bearings gears or other parts of machinery per work orders.
- Locates sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation; listening for problems; using precision measuring and testing instruments
- Assists in emergencies as needed
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must meet all requirements to receive approval for working in specific ATS environments (if applicable) including ten-year work history if available
Preferred Qualifications:
- Customer Service Experience
- 1 yr of similar work experience
