In this Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Leading planning advising and coordinating the Roxar sales inside sales service and aftermarket activities;
- Responsible for all global project pursuits and key account initiatives for the subsea and downhole business and will work with each of the relevant world area teams to drive growth for the remaining part of the Roxar portfolio worldwide;
- Effectively lead the team to successfully implement and contribute to the Roxar strategy crafting Metrics and supervising progress with partners;
- Retain and attract talent as well as model behavior aligned with Company Core Values;
- Implement standardization programs across functions for quality and speed;
- Ensure updated policies and procedures for the department;
- Participate in Roxar SLT planning;
- Manage Sales and Services budget;
- Develop and communicate global sales and orders strategies including risk assessments;
- Implement standard processes for project pursuit and account development as well as ensuring efficient sales processes;
- Enhance sales impact through partnership strategies with internal and external partners;
- Lead customer care team to enhance sales impact and drive customer loyalty and business growth;
- Collaborate with Product Marketing and World Areas to drive critical initiatives for market growth;
- Initiate business ideas for new products through market communication and customer engagement;
- Coordinate global opportunities for strategic product positioning and brand awareness using trade shows and Emerson resources;
- Lead the Services organization enhance global install base and develop growth strategies with World Area teams by defining World Area interfaces and commercial excellence and growth opportunities.

For This Role You Will Need:
- University degree in relevant Sales Business or Engineering Field (Petroleum Mechanical Electronics Instrumentation Physics Instrumentation Physics Operations Technology Management or similar;
- Minimum 15 years professional working experience with leading teams in sales services engineering and/or other relevant discipline;
- Proven experience in managing a sales and or services function groups or units;
- Proven skills in international sales marketing service and/or product commercialization;
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams;
- Strong leadership vision and commitment are vital attributes alongside excellent communication and motivational skills;
- Fluent English and Norwegian language skills both written and spoken;
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- Proven experience in managing a sales function groups or units within the Energy sector for technological development and commercialization;
- Experience of senior leadership in an international matrix organization;
- Experience of senior leadership in a Norwegian business within the Energy sector .
