About the Position
As part of Integrated Customer Experience (ICX) team the Inbound & Outbound Sales Manager is responsible to handle the sales for two out of these: Creative Cloud and Document Cloud. Sales can be made through multichannel: chats calls and emails. While new customer acquisition always remains a priority this role also needs to be able to up-sell/cross sell to existing customers by way of consultative selling.
Responsibilities
Own the revenue outcomes for the inbound & outbound sales organization
Generate revenue by reaching out to Leads provided internally identifying needs and proposing solutions to drive customer success.
Manage the vendors performance and establish win-win relationships work internal and external stakeholders to improve sales productivity
Understand market trends proactively develop strategies to increase revenue and translate them into concrete daily operations
Requirements:
Should have 5-7 Year of Sales experience (B2B demand generation or growth sales Preferred)
A record of success at a high-growth company
Prior IT Sales background with an understanding of SaaS licensing will be a plus
Should have strong project management skills and the experience of leading the team
Should possess sound understanding of the sales cycle/Inside Sales model and consultative selling approach. Basic understanding of sales techniques like BANT Sales funnel and pipeline management is desired.
An analytical and data-driven mindset and an ability to quickly determine / distill intelligence from data
Highly motivated self-directed team player
Fluency in Japanese and Business proficiency in English
