You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Development Bank of Wales is looking for a Senior Quality Assurance Executive to play a pivotal role in enhancing our risk management and quality assurance framework. This senior role is central to our Quality Assurance team and will be instrumental in driving continuous improvement ensuring regulatory compliance and delivering high-quality insights across the organisation.
You will lead a team of Quality Assurance Executives overseeing the delivery of regular qualitative reviews across our Investment and Property Services addition you will design and oversee thematic reviews and operational deep dives to identify and mitigate potential risks. Close collaboration with operational teams will be essential to ensure the implementation of effective controls that support procedural integrity and regulatory compliance.
You will be responsible for producing accurate timely and insightful reports to senior management these reports will highlight emerging trends compliance concerns and opportunities for improvement. You will also work alongside the Compliance Manager to evaluate the impact of regulatory changes and support the development and delivery of a comprehensive compliance training programme.
The ideal candidate will bring proven leadership experience particularly in guiding and developing others along with excellent analytical communication and reporting skills. A background in quality assurance compliance and risk-based review processes particularly within financial services or other regulated environments would be advantageous.
