Were seeking a Rostering Coordinator based in our Brisbane CBD Officeto help us deliver exceptional outcomes to our clients. This role is a 12-month parental leave contract.

Responsibilities include:

Roster support workers and back fill shifts for unplanned/planned leave.
Build and maintain knowledge of agreement policies and procedures.
Communicate shift changes and escalate roster-related people matters.
Establish and maintain data in the rostering system.

To be considered:

Experience and skill maintaining a roster of staff.
Ability to remain calm under pressure to find a solution.
High level attention to detail and accuracy.
Great team player; ultimately self-motivated and reliant.
Good computer skills ability to pick up systems quickly.
Blue and Yellow Card/NDIS clearance required to start (we can help).
