Global Proposition Owner Advice & DPM

We are looking for a visionary leader who can own the global investment product portfolio including Discretionary Portfolio Management (DPM) Advice and Private Markets propositions and develop scalable commercial offerings tailored to diverse customer needs.

The team

The Global Proposition Owner reports hierarchically to the Global Tribe Lead Investments and is based in Amsterdam. This is a unique opportunity to work at the heart of INGs global investment strategy. Youll be part of a dynamic and forward-thinking environment helping shape the future of investment services and enabling leadership to deliver on strategic ambitions.

Roles and responsibilities

• Own the global investment product portfolio including DPM Advice and Private Markets propositions and develop scalable offerings tailored to diverse customer needs.
• Ensure seamless integration across countries by collaborating with digital product teams (Investments Asset Management Investment Sales Private Markets) and overseeing backend systems onboarding and in-life management.
• Lead innovation to deliver intuitive engaging journeys across all channels.
• Align global investment propositions with country-specific dynamics and strategic priorities prioritizing initiatives with measurable impact.
• Collaborate with Local Tribe Leads to define strategic milestones and rollout roadmaps.
• Integrate proposition offerings like private markets into digital journeys and facilitate RM productivity and consistency across jurisdictions.
• Apply client segmentation strategies across mass affluent HNW and UHNW segments to deliver personalized advice at scale while maintaining margin discipline.
• Design modular digital products that are easy to adopt across markets ensuring adaptability to evolving customer needs.
• Drive high standards in customer satisfaction (NPS CSAT) and foster engagement and loyalty through seamless experiences.
• Hold full P&L responsibility for investment propositions balancing financial performance with long-term strategic objectives.
• Proven track record in steering large-scale implementations and multi-country programs.
• Exhibit strong strategic thinking leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in digitalization backlog management resource planning and ability to explain complex issues in an easy-to-understand way.

How to succeed

• Proven experience in global investment propositions and digital transformation.
• Strong strategic thinking and leadership capabilities.
• Skilled in stakeholder management and resource planning.
• Familiarity with client segmentation strategies and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent command of English (Dutch is a strong plus)
