Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Room Boy to join our hospitality team in Madinah Saudi Arabia. As a Room Boy you will play a crucial role in ensuring guest satisfaction by maintaining clean comfortable and welcoming accommodations.
- Clean and prepare guest rooms including making beds dusting surfaces vacuuming floors and sanitizing bathrooms
- Replenish guest amenities such as toiletries towels and linens
- Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries ensuring a high level of customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of hallways public areas and storage rooms
- Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to the appropriate personnel
- Assist with laundry duties as needed
- Adhere to established cleaning standards and safety protocols
- Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations
- Respect guest privacy and handle lost and found items according to hotel procedures
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in housekeeping or a similar role in the hospitality industry (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work efficiently
- Basic maintenance and troubleshooting skills
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks throughout the day
- Outstanding customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Housekeeping certifications (optional)
- Knowledge of local customs and etiquette in Madinah Saudi Arabia (preferred)
- Ability to communicate effectively in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
- Willingness to work as part of a team and support colleagues as needed
