Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our team in Madinah Saudi Arabia. As a Room Attendant you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a comfortable and memorable stay by maintaining clean inviting and well-organized guest rooms.
- Clean and prepare guest rooms according to hotel standards including dusting vacuuming making beds and sanitizing bathrooms
- Replenish room supplies such as toiletries linens and amenities
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and concerns
- Maintain proper inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department
- Collaborate with other housekeeping team members to ensure efficient operations
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- Assist in deep cleaning projects as needed
- Maintain guest privacy and protect their personal belongings
- Record and report lost and found items according to hotel procedures
Qualifications :
- Saudi National (This position is open to Saudi citizens only)
- Basic English language skills
- Strong passion for the hospitality industry
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure
- Physical stamina to stand walk and perform cleaning tasks for extended periods
- Keen attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards
- Effective time management skills to meet daily room quotas
- Familiarity with local culture and customs in Madinah Saudi Arabia (preferred)
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience (preferred but not required)
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
