In Room Dining Order Taker (Saudi National)

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused In Room Dining Order Taker to join our team at SLS The Red Sea. As a vital member of our In Room Dining team you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests enjoy a seamless and memorable dining experience from the comfort of their rooms.

• Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally taking guest orders with precision and attention to detail
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations about menu items specials and beverages to enhance the guest experience
• Accurately input orders into the Point of Sale system ensuring all special requests and dietary requirements are properly recorded
• Coordinate with the kitchen and service staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders
• Handle guest enquiries special requests and concerns efficiently and courteously
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all menu items including ingredients preparation methods and potential allergens
• Process payments and maintain accurate records of all transactions
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours and special events
• Adhere to all food safety hygiene and sanitation standards
• Assist with additional tasks as required to support the In Room Dining department

Qualifications :

• Previous experience in a customer service role preferably in the hospitality industry
• Familiarity with Point of Sale systems and order-taking procedures
• Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Vietnamese is advantageous
• Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanour
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Flexible availability to work various shifts including mornings evenings nights weekends and public holidays
• Basic mathematical skills for handling orders and payments accurately
• Comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage items including awareness of common allergens and dietary restrictions
• Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods as well as carry trays and dining equipment when necessary
• Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure consistently prioritising guest satisfaction
• Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
