Partnership Sales Manager

Grales unique offering combines sustainability and brand visibility. Our partners use our eco-friendly products as marketplaces for their brands - placing their message where people live move and consume. As a Partnership Sales Manager your role is to build and sell these opportunities helping brands reduce their plastic footprint while amplifying their reach in meaningful visible ways. As a Partnership Sales Manager youll be helping companies reduce their plastic footprint while amplifying their brand impact

You will be responsible for creating developing and managing commercial partnerships that generate revenue strengthen brand positioning and deliver measurable business value for both Grale and our clients.

Main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Identify and engage potential partners and clients across key sectors.
  • Building strong relationships with key decision-makers (often marketing managers brand leads HR or Employee engagement managers agency representatives event managers franchises etc.)
  • Design and pitch tailored offerings Sell and package Grales partnership and brand placement opportunities positioning our products as a marketplace for visibility and awareness.
  • Negotiate and close deals and long-term strategic collaborations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g. product logistics design) to ensure flawless execution.
  • Stay ahead of trends in sustainable marketing eco-innovations brand activations and partnerships.

    This role has no limits - a partnership could include anything from office product transitions and employee engagement programs to brand activations festivals campaigns and educational initiatives that inspire both employees and customers turning sustainability goals into measurable action.
What you bring:
  • B2B sales experience preferably from media events partnerships or brand activations.
  • A proven track record of building high-value partnerships.
  • Experience with CRM systems (we work with hubspot) and a structured data-driven approach to pipeline management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in both Swedish and English.
