The Role
We re looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Commis Chef to join our kitchen brigade. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about food who is eager to develop their skills in a Michelin Guide listed restaurant under the guidance of experienced chefs.
Key responsibilities include:

Preparing ingredients and supporting senior chefs during service

Learning and developing across all sections of the kitchen

Maintaining a clean organised and safe working environment

Bringing energy enthusiasm and a positive attitude to the team
What We re Looking For

A genuine passion for cooking and a desire to progress in fine dining

A strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Good communication and teamwork skills

Previous kitchen experience is an advantage but attitude and drive are most important
