Direct Hire Salary Range: $70000 $85000
Contract-to-Hire Rate: $32 $48/hour
Quarterly Bonuses: Average $3K $7K annually
Relocation: Preference for local candidates; exceptional non-local candidates may be considered. A relocation stipend ($2K $5K) may be offered.

Summary:
Responsible for developing and maintaining the master production schedule aligning manufacturing and material plans with customer demand and ensuring on-time delivery.
Manage production operations for the manufacture and repair of aerospace products driving operational efficiency supply chain alignment and production optimization.
Additional duties include supporting trade compliance as a Facilities Compliance Officer (FCO).
Plan and prioritize production schedules to ensure 100% on-time delivery using MRP/ERP software.
Analyze sales order releases for capacity planning and material requirements.
Coordinate with Operations Supervisor to optimize production and machine utilization.
Release and track job orders ensuring timely completion and closure.
Lead daily morning operations meetings.
Compare customer shipping information with delivery dates to ensure accuracy.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives holding self and others accountable.
Resolve conflicts between supply demand and capacity.
Collect and analyze data prepare reports.
Support estimators with scheduling information for accurate quoting.
Train in import/export compliance rules; serve as FCO under guidance of Trade Compliance Manager monitoring export activities and advising staff.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree preferred (not required).
Minimum 4 years of Master Scheduler / Production Control experience.
Aerospace experience strongly preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Effective verbal and written communication.
Ability to collaborate across departments.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook).
Strong continuous improvement mindset.
Experience with ERP systems.
Aerospace scheduling experience preferred; candidates from highly regulated industries (e.g. Oil & Gas) will be considered.
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
