Job Description

Must be local to San Antonio TX and open to going onsite
- Proven experience as a Systems Analyst with broad exposure to enterprise systems.- Must have hands-on experience implementing SAP Signavio
- Strong understanding of business process management (BPM) modeling and process mining.
- Ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Required Skills : Proven experience as a Systems Analyst with broad exposure to enterprise systems. Must have hands-on experience implementing SAP Signavio not just general SAP experience. Strong understanding of business process management (BPM) modeling and process mining. Ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced dynamic environment. Preferred Qualifications: SAP Signavio certifications (if applicable). Experience with related SAP modules or tools. Background in change management or process optimization.
