As a Retail Motorcycle Sales Technician & Installation Mechanic youll play a pivotal role by performing service & installations delivering exceptional customer service and advancing the powersports communitys experience. You will spend most of your time changing tires and brakes installing pipes tuners and intakes handlebars as well as front and rear suspension. When youre not working on a bike youll work the parts counter delivering expert information and above-and-beyond service to our customers. You will also assist at the parts counter during major events such as Bike Week and Biketoberfest.

Qualifications :
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- A degree or certificate from an accredited motorcycle mechanics trade school or at least 5 years of experience in a dealership Service Department (Harley-Davidson).
- A current motorcycle license/endorsement.
- Strong mechanical background and technical knowledge
- Sales or customer service experience.
- A self-starter mentality delivering outstanding personalized retail experiences.
- Open-mindedness eagerness to learn and a desire to be part of the riding community.
- Experience with computers and POS systems (particularly RetailPro).
