Job Description

 

The Maintenance Planner is responsible for managing and administrating the Preventive Maintenance program Work Order program and managing all facets of Demopolis Corndog Plants maintenance SAP/MRO functions. 

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Maintenance
  • Budgeting
  • Administrating maintenance related regulatory compliance functions for the facility.
  • Create maintenance schedules and generate work orders
  • Maintain parts inventory
  • Create procedural manuals that explain how to do certain tasks
  • Estimate costs of labor and parts for industrial equipment
  • Adjust schedules to account for unexpected emergency work
  • Assist and support maintenance manager
  • Serve as a liaison between maintenance and operations
  • Maintain records and files essential to maintenance management
  • Coordinate with maintenance staff contractors and external vendors
  •  Prepare preventive maintenance plans that are aligned with the organizations maintenance goals

 


    Qualifications :

    Must have maintenance and planning experience

    • Must have a bachelors degree
    • Must be able to submit and pass a criminal background check.
    • Must be able to pass a drug screening
    • Must be able to read and write.
    • Must have basic math skills.
    • Must wear required personal protective equipment and clothing.
    • Must follow company GMP and Food Safety procedure.
    • Must follow company attendance policies and procedures.
