Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and strategic Leadership Development Associate to join our this role you will play a key part in designing implementing and evaluating programs that nurture leadership capabilities across the organization. This position requires strong communication skills an analytical mindset and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Responsibilities
Assist in the creation and delivery of leadership training programs workshops and coaching sessions.
Collaborate with managers to identify leadership skill gaps and develop targeted solutions.
Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness using feedback and performance metrics.
Conduct research on leadership trends and integrate best practices into programs.
Support internal communications related to leadership development initiatives.
Maintain accurate documentation of training activities and participant progress.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Organizational Development Business Administration or related field.
2 years of experience in training leadership development or a related role.
Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable improvements.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with learning management systems is a plus.
