Job Description
Role Overview:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities focusing on corporate social and large-scale events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with event planners corporate clients and venues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals estimates and presentations that align with client goals.
- Understand client needs and position Sight & Sound Productions as the premier solution for AV and dcor services.
- Attend industry events trade shows and networking opportunities to generate leads and increase brand visibility.
- Track and report sales activities pipeline and revenue projections.
- Partner with project managers and production teams to ensure smooth handoff and exceptional execution for booked events.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development account management or sales in the events hospitality or AV industry.
- Excellent communication negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated goal-oriented and comfortable working independently.
- Willingness to travel throughout Florida for client meetings and events.
- Understanding of AV technology and event dcor along with a strong network of contacts with corporate and social event planners and venues is a plus.
