We are seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team in Tampa FL. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients providing outstanding support addressing inquiries and ensuring a seamless customer experience. This position requires excellent communication skills problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone email and live chat.

  • Provide detailed information about products and services.

  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met.

  • Follow company procedures and guidelines to ensure consistent service quality.


Qualifications :

Qualifications
