ServiceNow is looking for a Sr. Solution Sales Experience to join our expanding Mid-Market team. TheSr. Solution Sales Experience willmanage the market success of ServiceNows core products. These products are built on our market leading Service Management platform and create a single source of truth that allows enterprise processes to execute with uniform information. The goal will be to excel in this Inside Sales Role and earn a chance to be promoted into a Field Sales Role.
What you get to do in this role:
The Inside Solution Sales Specialist builds relationships with clients while achieving quarterly and annual sales quotas for an assigned product line and territory.
- Drive sales opportunities and business relationships over the telephone with influential contacts within Commercial Accounts
- Focus on understanding an organizations plans and how ServiceNow solutions map to these
- Manage and nurture accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and guide additional revenue streams
- Organize resources necessary to further the sales cycle (e.g. Solution Consultants Customer Service Marketing etc.)
- Use internal technology to manage leads providing accurate forecasting territory plans and goals
- Use Data Management through all sources such as CRM social media search engines and press
- Occasional travel for training or meetings may be required
Qualifications :
To be successful in this role you have:
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes decision-making or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools automating workflows analyzing AI-driven insights or exploring AIs potential impact on the function or industry.
- 5 years in sales with 3 years success generating new business sales of enterprise-class solutions
- Experience with the sales process with the ability to navigate and progress short but complex sales cycles
- Advanced knowledge of sales force automation enterprise resource planning or other IT infrastructure management (monitoring and discovery) technologies
For positions in this location we offer a base pay of $87550 - $135750 plus equity (when applicable) variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications skill level competencies and work location. We also offer health plans including flexible spending accounts a 401(k) Plan with company match ESPP matching donations a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
