Job Title: Senior Manager Location Based Entertainment
Location: El Segundo CA 90245 there will be some travel (2-3 small trips w/1-2 days each a month).
Work Type: Hybrid (4 days onsite)-Local needed (less than 40 miles)
Job Type: Contract 5-6 Months
Rate: $70/hr C2C all-inclusive

MUST HAVES:
- Must have a background in Theme Park license management ( or Family Entertainment Center background - Dave and Busters) Disney Parks Universal Studios etc.
- Licensing Experience
- 7 years of location-based Project Management experience yet 3 years of Licensing in Theme Park would work. Ideally 7 years of Theme Park licensing PM experience.
- A degree is required.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Review detailed project plans including scope timelines and budgets for theme and live show projects that have over 1B of investment.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external licensees.
Work closely with creative teams to maintain brand integrity and storytelling across all entertainment offerings.
Facilitate design reviews technical rehearsals and creative approvals throughout production phases.
Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Provide regular updates on project status risks and milestones.
Ensure all projects comply with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Oversee risk assessments and technical documentation for live performance environments.
Required Skills:
- Background in Theme Park license management or Family Entertainment Center (e.g. Dave & Busters Disney Parks Universal Studios).
- Licensing experience.
- 7 years in location-based project management or 3 years in Theme Park licensing (ideal: 7 years Theme Park licensing PM).
- Bachelors degree.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with both project management and licensing in theme parks.
- Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience in high-budget large-scale entertainment projects.
