Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Automotive Sales Consultant with prior sales experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales strong interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and engage customers in the showroom providing a welcoming and professional first impression
Understand customer needs through active listening and product knowledge to recommend the right vehicles
Present demonstrate and explain vehicle features and benefits in a clear and engaging manner
Negotiate pricing and terms in a professional customer-focused way
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business
Stay informed on Subaru product updates incentives and competitive market trends
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system
Work collaboratively with the sales team finance department and management to achieve monthly goals
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years sales experience (automotive sales preferred but not required)
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and a positive customer-first attitude
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
