Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our growing team in Birmingham AL. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients providing professional efficient and high-quality support. You will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction resolving issues promptly and representing the values of Messa Sync in every interaction.
Responsibilities
Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries via phone email and live chat.
Troubleshoot issues resolve complaints and escalate complex cases when necessary.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in company systems.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.

Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent experience in customer service.
