Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our growing team in Birmingham AL. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients providing professional efficient and high-quality support. You will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction resolving issues promptly and representing the values of Messa Sync in every interaction.

Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries via phone email and live chat.

  • Troubleshoot issues resolve complaints and escalate complex cases when necessary.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in company systems.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

  • Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.

  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer experience and service processes.


Qualifications :

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent experience in customer service.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Problem-solving mindset with excellent attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus.
