This is a remote position.
The Shopify Performance Manager will oversee the creation management and optimization of our Shopify store focusing on improving user experience and boosting conversions. Responsibilities include managing product listings third-party integrations and website performance as well as implementing marketing strategies and analyzing store data for growth. You will collaborate with design teams to ensure a seamless and visually appealing storefront while driving profitability through data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities:
Shopify Website Management:
Maintain update and optimize the Shopify store ensuring it is user-friendly functional and up-to-date with current products and collections.
Implement and manage third-party apps plugins and integrations to enhance store functionality.
Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with developers when needed to resolve problems swiftly.
Site Performance Optimization:
Improve website performance speed and mobile responsiveness for a seamless user experience across all devices.
Optimize the checkout process to maximize conversions and reduce cart abandonment.
Conduct A/B testing and other testing strategies to enhance site usability identify weaknesses and boost sales.
Product and Inventory Management:
Upload and manage product listings descriptions images and prices to ensure they are accurate and up-to-date.
Ensure accurate inventory tracking and manage stock availability in real-time.
ECommerce Marketing Strategy:
Develop and execute eCommerce marketing strategies including SEO PPC email campaigns and social media promotions to drive traffic and sales.
Set up and manage Shopify sales channels (e.g. Facebook Instagram Google Shopping Amazon) to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
Analytics and Reporting:
Utilize Shopify analytics Google Analytics and other performance tracking tools to monitor store performance including sales trends conversion rates and customer behavior.
Generate regular reports on store performance and use data-driven insights to make recommendations and decisions that improve profitability.
Creative & Design:
Apply knowledge of branding visual merchandising and storefront optimization to enhance the visual appeal and effectiveness of the stores design.
Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure cohesive branding and effective visual merchandising strategies.
Qualifications:
Proven experience managing a Shopify store including product listings inventory and performance optimization.
Knowledge of eCommerce marketing strategies (SEO PPC email social media).
Strong understanding of Shopify apps plugins and integrations.
Experience with website troubleshooting and coordination with developers.
Proficient in Google Analytics Shopify analytics and other performance tracking tools.
Basic coding skills (HTML CSS Liquid) to implement simple customizations.
Creative mindset with experience in visual merchandising and branding.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Technical Requirements:
A dual Monitor setup is required (at least 8GB of RAM)
Must have at least 25 MBPS internet speed
40 hours a week 8 hours a day
