Ensure smooth and accurate loan application processing while delivering exceptional client support from start to finish.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organised Loan Processing & Client Support Officer to handle application data entry document verification and client communication. You will be responsible for ensuring all applications are accurate and complete before submission as well as maintaining strong client relationships throughout the process. This role also provides operational support to the team including monitoring application progress and assisting with follow-up tasks.
Application Processing & Data Entry
Input and update client application data across three key system interfaces.
Check all required documentation for completeness and accuracy.
Identify and resolve application inconsistencies before submission.
Client Condition Sourcing
Reach out to clients for outstanding documentation and conditions.
Maintain ongoing communication until all required information is gathered.
Operational Support
Monitor application progress and provide updates to the internal team.
Assist with follow-up data uploads or adjustments in client files.
Support team meetings via Zoom and maintain meeting notes when required.
Previous experience in loan processing mortgage support or financial administration.
Clear and confident English communication skills (written and verbal).
Proficiency in data entry document management and CRM systems.
Highly organised detail-oriented and able to work with minimal supervision.
