Drive online engagement and streamline operations while supporting smooth event and expo execution.


Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and creative Social Media & Administrative Support Specialist to enhance our online presence manage content across multiple brands and provide essential back-office support. This role is key to freeing up the team s time for high-value activities ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and supporting peak season and expo events. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in social media management content creation and administrative coordination.



Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

  • Develop and manage engaging content calendars for multiple brands.

  • Post schedule and monitor social channels.

  • Engage with audiences and respond to comments/messages.

  • Repurpose content for different platforms to maximise reach.

Content Creation

  • Create basic graphics and videos for posts reels and stories.

  • Source and organise relevant media assets for campaigns.

Back-Office & Admin Support

  • Provide administrative assistance for retail events and expo operations.

  • Coordinate with suppliers vendors and partners.

  • Handle data entry reporting and inbox management.


Qualifications

  • Proven social media management experience.

  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).

  • Familiarity with Canva scheduling tools and engagement tracking.

  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
