Job Description
Take ownership of a dynamic technical role managing the Kajabi platform for a successful online education business. You ll be the cornerstone of the company s digital infrastructure ensuring smooth operations of course delivery while providing exceptional customer support. This position offers the perfect blend of technical platform management and customer interaction allowing you to leverage your expertise in Kajabi while contributing to the company s growth. With the potential for increased hours and responsibilities this role provides an excellent opportunity to grow with an expanding business.


Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary administrator for the Kajabi platform ensuring optimal functionality and performance
  • Design and implement sophisticated email sequences that enhance customer engagement and course delivery
  • Provide responsive technical support to course participants ensuring seamless access and positive learning experiences.
  • Execute strategic landing page updates based on data-driven marketing recommendations
  • Create engaging social media graphics using established templates and brand guidelines
  • Manage customer communications with professionalism and technical accuracy
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to implement platform optimizations
  • Support the creation of one social post per week
  • Monitor and maintain platform performance proactively identifying and resolving technical issues


Requirements
  • Demonstrated expertise in Kajabi platform administration and configuration
  • Proficiency in graphic design using templates and basic design tools
  • Excellent written communication skills in English
  • Experience with landing page modifications and content management
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Professional approach to customer service and support
  • Ability to maintain consistent availability during agreed-upon work hours
  • Reliable internet connection and appropriate home office setup
