Duties/ Responsibilities:

As a Lead Management Specialist you will be responsible for qualifying leads for our client solar energy solutions. Your primary objective is to identify prospective customers engage them in meaningful conversations and assess their solar energy needs and potential interest in our client products and services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills a knack for lead nurturing and a passion for promoting renewable energy.

Software Knowledge:

  • Google Workspace: i.e. Google Maps Google Mail Google Calendar Google Doc Google Sheets.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Great communication skills (English speaking)
  • Phone etiquette.
  • E-mail communication.
  • Great time management
  • Persistence resilience and the ability to handle rejection positively.
  • Excellent Listening skills to better understand what prospects are trying to
  • accomplish by going solar.
  • Being able to ask qualifying questions.
  • Familiarity with solar energy concepts and benefits.
  • Attention to details.

Duties/ Responsibilities: Manage and oversee the monitoring portals Utilize computerized systems to track and analyze solar systems Provide communications such as emailing or calling contractors for onsite visits as well as being able to RMA any equipment Utilize Google Suite and other software to assist with office tasks Act as solar systems monitor for all company clients and be able to walk them through their portal when they receive PTO Provide and analyze generated reports to recognize monitoring system errors and be able to troubleshoot remotely if possible
