The Role

As a Business Development Representative (BDR) youll play a key role in driving Crescendos global GTM initiatives across EMEA and APAC. Youll focus on pipeline generation regional prospecting and measurable sales outcomeshelping expand Crescendos reach through strategic outreach and relationship building.

This is a sales-focused position (not marketing support) and will report directly to the US-based Sales Lead. Youll work closely with global teams to identify engage and qualify potential clients while showcasing Crescendos solutions to create lasting business impact.

What Youll Do
  • Prospect and nurture leads through social media email phone calls and community channels.
  • Conduct both outbound cold calls and follow-ups on inbound leads to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to ensure consistent messaging and a unified customer engagement strategy.
  • Meet and exceed monthly BDR targets contributing to Crescendos regional and global sales performance.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM and sales tools to track engagement and outcomes.
What Youll Bring
  • 13 years of B2B or inside sales experience ideally within tech or SaaS environments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to email professionalism and tone.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and prospecting skills.
  • Highly self-motivated goal-oriented and comfortable performing outbound calls and follow-ups.
  • A proactive mindset and eagerness to collaborate in a fast-paced growth-driven team.
