Job Description
- Wine training for internal team (Conduct short effective on-site training sessions and wine demonstrations)
- Assisting with wine portfolio curation (profiles tasting notes and food pairing best practices)
- Supporting wine education programs & content development
- Collaborate with the leadership team to ensure product understanding aligns with company goals
- Office admin tasks related to wine operations
Requirements
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Preferably WSET Level 3 certified
- Based in Cebu City or available to work on-site
- 1 3 years of experience in the wine or hospitality industry
- Strong Wine knowledge and confident presentation skills
- Experience in training or customer-facing roles in hospitality/wine
- Proactive collaborative and comfortable working with top management
