We are hiring aCorporate Compliance Software Sales Consultant (Closer)to support one of our U.S.-based technology clients offeringcompliance and task management softwareto organizations that need to manage policies audits workflows and accountability.


Position Overview

TheCorporate Compliance Software Sales Consultantis responsible for converting qualified leads into paying subscribers or contract clients for a task and compliance management platform.

Youll speak with compliance managers business owners and HR directors demonstrate the platforms value and close new accounts.

This is aconsultative relationship-driven sales role perfect for candidates experienced in SaaS or B2B software sales who excel at explaining technology solutions in clear business-focused language.

Work Schedule:MondayFriday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM EST (Night Shift PH Time)


Employment Type:Full-Time Remote Independent Contractor


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct discovery calls with prospective clients from marketing-generated leads.
  • Identify organizational challenges around compliance tracking policy documentation and workflow accountability.
  • Present the platforms capabilities (compliance automation task dashboards audit tracking reporting tools) via screen share or phone.
  • Guide prospects through pricing options and close new user or enterprise accounts.
  • Maintain detailed call notes and pipeline status updates in CRM.
  • Coordinate with implementation and onboarding teams to ensure smooth client setup.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly closing goals.


Qualifications

  • Experience:2 years in SaaS or B2B sales preferably software related to compliance workflow or operations management.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent English communication (spoken and written).
    • Strong product presentation and consultative selling ability.
    • Tech-savvy able to demonstrate software and explain features simply.
    • Organized goal-oriented and reliable in CRM and pipeline tracking.
  • Education:Associate or Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or Technology preferred.
  • Requirements:
    • Reliable laptop/PC quality headset and stable internet connection.
    • Available during
    • Willing to work U.S. holidays when required (no paid holiday benefit).


Compensation & Terms

  • Base Pay: $7 USD/hour( 410 PHP/hour) about$1120 USD/month (65000 PHP/month)based on 40 hours/week
  • Commission: $75$200 USD per closed subscription or enterprise contract depending on account size
  • Bonuses: Monthly and quarterly incentives for exceeding closing targets
  • Benefits: Independent contractor role no paid holidays or leave. Eligible for performance bonuses and advancement.
  • Payment: Biweekly USD payout via EMS international payroll (Deel).


Performance Metrics (KPIs)

  • Number of new accounts or subscriptions closed per month
  • Lead-to-close conversion rate (%)
  • Average contract or subscription value
  • CRM accuracy and follow-up timeliness
  • Customer satisfaction upon onboarding
