Job Summary

This is a remote position.

Schedule: Monday Friday 12 PM to 5 PM PST
Total Weekly Hours: 20 Hours


Our client is seeking an Events Coordinator to plan organize and execute a variety of events including corporate meetings conferences social gatherings and promotional functions. This role requires exceptional organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities
  • Follow up on leads provide location package details and schedule calls to discuss packages and upsell opportunities.

  • Coordinate all aspects of event planning and execution from pre-event logistics to post-event follow-up.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to manage venues catering entertainment and AV requirements.

  • Prepare and manage event budgets contracts and timelines.

  • Create and distribute event invitations marketing materials and promotional campaigns.

  • Ensure all events align with brand standards and meet client expectations.

  • Collect feedback and prepare reports on event outcomes for stakeholders.

  • Maintain and update event calendars and databases.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor s degree in Hospitality Marketing Communications or related field (preferred).

  • 1 3 years of experience in event planning or coordination.

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines under pressure.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software.
