Job Description
This is a remote position.
Schedule: Monday Friday 7:00 AM 3:30 PM EST (with -hour unpaid break; 8 paid hours per day)
Prepare detailed cost estimates for paint and wall covering projects across commercial sectors.
Utilize estimating software to create accurate project bids and proposals.
Analyze project specifications and drawings for corporate tenant fit-ups retail spaces and other commercial projects.
Estimate costs for diverse project types including sports arenas food halls hospitals and educational facilities.
Support the bidding process for base building jobs and multi-floor tenant fit-up projects.
Extensive experience in paint and wall covering estimation (beyond general construction estimating).
Proficiency with construction estimating software (e.g. On-Screen Takeoff QuickBid PlanSwift Construct Connect or similar).
Background in commercial construction estimation.
Experience with corporate tenant fit-ups retail projects or similar commercial work preferred.
Ability to work full-time hours aligned with client business requirements.
