Job Description

Within the People Analytics Team the Group HR Data Analyst is responsible for collecting structuring analyzing and visualizing HR data to provide relevant insights to support strategic and operational decisions. He/she plays a key role in the data-driven transformation of the HR function under HR Data Analytics Manager.

Analysis & Visualization

  • Collect cleanse and structure HR data from various sources (HRIS surveys internal tools).
  • Create interactive dashboards and automated reports (Power BI  Microstrategy Tableau etc.).
  • Carry out descriptive and exploratory analyses on HR themes: workforce mobility diversity performance etc.

Decision Support

  • Provide ad hoc analyses to HR teams and managers.
  • Identify trends correlations and areas for improvement based on data.
  • Participate in defining and monitoring HR KPIs.

Collaboration & Data Quality

  • Work closely with HR IT Data and Finance teams.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR data quality.
  • Participate in cross-functional HR digitalization projects.

Qualifications :

Relevant experience

You have had a first experience in data analysis.

Skills and knowledge

  • You master one or more vizualisation tools (Power BI Tableau etc.).
  • You have a good knowledge of Excel SQL. Python or R would be a plus.
  • You have a solid grasp of the mathematical principles behind statistics.
  • Fluent English is essential French is a plus.
  • You have an analytical mindset rigor attention to detail ability to popularize data.

Recruitment process

30 minutes : phone call with a Recruiter
60 minutes : interview with the manager of the role and a Recruiter
60 minutes : interview with the HR Strategy & Transformation Director
